For many years I felt like no other person understood what I was going though, and I felt ashamed that my life wasn't perfect. ​

But as I learned, everyone has something they are dealing with, and compassion and kindness goes a long way toward healing. 

I chose rosemary as my logo because rosemary is known for remembrance, love, protection, and clarity. We need to remember and understand our past, but also learn to heal and grow in order to thrive.
